The type or namespace name 'Web' does not exist in the namespace 'Microsoft' (are you missing an assembly reference?

You added reference...but still get that error?
The solution : Choose the right .Net framework.
Don't use ".Net framework 4.0 client profile"...Use ".net framework 4.0" in your Application Configuration.
