Sharepoint 2010 Installation : The language of this installation package is not supported by your system

Getting this error while installing Sharepoint?

Don't use winrar or 7zip to extract the files..

Use the command to extract and it works..
SharePointFoundation.exe /extract:c:\SP2010

Now,install it again and the issue is solved!
